This transformer has a rating of 300kVA. It’s a 3-phase transformer with a primary input protection via a 400A 3ph MCCB for 690V input voltage.
The secondary has an output voltage of 440V and is protected via a 630A MCCB with 2x auxiliary 100A MCCBs.
This type of transformer is used for the control of R.O.V’s for undersea applications. This complete unit weighs in at around 1.5 tonnes and is enclosed in an IP23 metal enclosure with external terminal boxes.
