As a company we stock a range of enclosures as standard
for our products. We can also purchase to suit, commercially
available enclosures, for specific applications or as
required have manufactured to order special enclosures
tailored to the requirements of the application. All
panels, and gland plates on the enclosures as supplied
to the customer are fully earth bonded to the main earthing
point on the transformer
Standard Enclosures Indoor IP22
A set of Wall / Floor mounting enclosures suitable
for small transformers finished with a polyester powder
coat colour RAL 7032. They are supplied with Gland holes
for cable entry

For larger transformers we have a range of Floor mounting
enclosures again painted with a polyester powder coat
colour RAL 7032. The two smaller units have gland holes
for cable entry the larger 3 units have gland plates
and the FM4 enclosure has the option to be fitted with
cable entry boxes

Standard Enclosures Outdoor IP65
Suit able for transformers from approx 1.5KVA to 10KVA
these are floor standing with back straps for wall fixing
finished with polyester powder coat colour RAL 7032.
The units are supplied with two gland plates for cable
entry

Commercially available
For small transformers rated up to 3KVA we can effect
supply in wall mounting IP55 / IP65 enclosure with bottom
entry gland plates. These units are purchased from various
manufacturers from their standard product ranges.
 Special
Enclosures
For transformers to be situated indoors rated greater
than 150KVA we will design and have supplied a custom
built enclosure suitable for purpose
For transformers rated above 10KVA to be enclosed in
boxes rated IP55 or higher
we will design and have supplied a fully sealed sheet
steel box complete with either gland plates or, if required,
bottom entry cable boxes custom built suitable for purpose

Commercially Available Enclosures
We purchase from several reputable manufacturers enclosures
suitable for wall mounting transformers up to approximately
3KVA rated IP55 or higher. These enclosures may also
be used to house ancillary items when mounted on the
side of the main enclosure.
Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP)
We can supply if required single phase transformers
rated up to approximately 2.5KVA continuous in a range
of GRP enclosures
